We hope we've made checking out on Ollie's Pet Boutique as easy and as quick as possible with our on page checkout. Entering your details should be quick and easy - quicker if you're registered with us!

One of the final steps in ordering from us is choosing your payment method. We have two choices for the majority of our customers - pay directly with your credit or debit card via Stripe payment gateway or pay via PayPal payment gateway; again with your credit or debit cards or your online funds!

Both methods are securely handled off site by third party merchant services. This means that your credit card information is never held or seen by anyone here at Ollie's Pet Boutique. As an extra layer of security our checkout pages are secured by Go Daddy's SSL encryption - or in lay terms, the little padlock in the address bar. =)

Security

Once you checkout, login or register on our website, we encrypt all your details using internet standard encryption technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL, SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption) via GoDaddy. Yes i know, it's all a bit too techy and over our heads too. But safe to say your information and transactions are safe with us.

In these secure areas of the website you will see a little padlock in the browser URL bar of your screen. I'm sure everyone is used to seeing these on various shopping websites. It means that when entering personal data on the checkout or login pages of the website all of the data is sent to our website and your chosen payment service encrypted into 'gobbly gook' so no-one can read it. It is then deciphered at the receiving end.

Cards Accepted

We use two payment gateways or merchant services to process your payments securely: 

Stripe

Stripe allows us to accept payments online and in mobile apps. Stripe process billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. With Stripe you can pay with your credit or debit card on Ollie's Pet Boutique.

Stripe accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro (Mastercard Debit) & American Express.

PayPal

We all have used or know of PayPal. PayPal allows any business or individual with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. With PayPal you can pay via your online funds with your PayPal account if you have one. But you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal; you can pay by credit card too.

PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
