These soap bars are totally natural for your pooch as well as being vegan friendly and containing no plastics! They come in two varieties which are both excellent for dogs with sensitive skin!

Delivery & Return Info
Delivery Guidelines
We've updated our delivery & returns guidelines and lowered our pricing from the 01st August 2021. We've simplified our pricing and continue to offer one simple shipping price based on your cart weight & country - starting at just e1.95 and using our national provider An Post. We also offer FREE shipping when you spend over e50.00 for Irish customers and also provide a FREE local next day drop off to our surrounding towns!*
Shipping Times & Info
Orders received Monday to Thursday will ship the following working day. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday of the following week and orders placed over the weekend will ship on Tuesday of the following week. This is excluding any bank holidays or festive periods where specific schedules will be made available on our blog and social networks. Also note that some products may need more time to ship, such as handmade products or order in items.
Free Local Next Working Day Delivery
We have just start to offer free local delivery to our surrounding areas & towns. This means we will personally drop your order to your door the following working day if ordered before 6pm. This service currently covers the Ratoath, Ashbourne & Dunshaughlin areas. Please choose your locality (eg. Meath - Ratoath) at checkout with a minimum order (sub-total) of e20.00 to avail of this service. Do note that product exclusions + terms and conditions apply to this service and can be found here.
**CHRISTMAS 2022 - LAST ORDER / SHIPPING DATES **
Things are a little different this Christmas on Ollie's Pet Boutique. As you would of noticed we have not stocked any new Christmas products for 2022. As such our store will be closing for orders for the year at midnight November 30th 2022.
Orders will not be able to be placed after this date until January 2023.
AN POST - LAST MAILING DATES CHRISTMAS 2021*
Below is An Post last mailing days for 2021. We recommend to get orders in well before these dates as delays can occur due to weather, covid and the busy time of year.
Update December 10th: An Post have brought forward their last posting dates by 7 days. This means that to ensure* delivery for Christmas, post should be mailed by December 14th. Read more on RTE here.
Our last shop order day for 2021 is close of business on Wednesday 22nd December 2021. Orders received on or after this date will ship in the New Year. Do note, orders for custom made items e.g Ollie & Penny bandanas & Treat bags etc is Wednesday 15th December 2021.
*Do note: These are last 'postal dates' from 'An Post' to make sure your Christmas orders arrive well in advance of the big day. They are estimated and An Post offer no guarantees. Please take note of the last mailing days for An Post to deliver to your location. Place also allow at least two days before these above postal dates for us to process your order. More for our handmade items which are made to order. We will always do our best to get everything processed on schedule to these dates and on its way to you in time for Christmas - but delivery times are estimated by the service provider and are ultimately out of our control!

Any orders on or after Wednesday 22nd December will be processed and shipped from January 04th 2022 on our return.

Recycled Packing Boxes & Materials
We have started doing our bit for the planet which currently includes recycling our suppliers delivery boxes and packing materials into our daily operations and customer deliveries. What this means for you is that you may receive your packages in pre-loved boxes which may have other businesses markings, logo or tape. Do not fear though - your helping us do our bit & your Ollie's Pet Boutique orders are still safe inside. =)
On the same vein from 2020 we will not longer we sending paper invoices with our orders. If you do require one please let us know at the time of order in the order commons. Heavy & Oversized Products
Products classed as 'heavy or over sized' will ship at individual rates specific to the delivery country. These inculde such products as dog bowls & beds. All products that fall into these shipping exclusions will be highlighted on the product page with an icon in the product details. International Delivery
We are now starting to deliver internationally from the 01st October 2016! Our European & worldwide delivery costs & countries that we deliver to are listed on this page. We update our delivery areas constantly, so if your country is not listed do check back or get in touch with us and we can give you a delivery quote. Returns & Exchanges
We do hope you’re delighted with your Ollie's Pet Boutique purchases but we also understand that some times things aren’t quite the right size, shape or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss 21 day easy returns and exchange policy.
Simply put: you can return the item to us within 21 days unused (and dog hair free!) in it's original condition with all original packaging intact & unblemished. We do ask for you to contact us first, before returning an item, to inform us of any problem otherwise we might not be able to accept it or issue a refund if needed.
When we receive it back we will get in contact with you to arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charged for sending the item to you originally or for you returning an item to us, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge*). It’s as easy as that!
