We're an Irish pet boutique and our registered business premises is based in Ratoath, Co. Meath in Ireland. Yes - that is Penny above - the inspiration behind our boutique business. She's with her favourite thing in the world other than us - her bed. We don't have a retail shop at present and our office is not open to the public; but we do ship our products worldwide and are happy to answer any questions before or during your purchase.

We are in the office Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm excluding bank holidays for any queries. If you have a question regarding delivery of an order, please read the information on our 'Delivery & Returns' page which might have an answer for you. There is also our 'Frequently Asked Questions' section which has a lot of information for the common questions we've been asked or you chat to us via the icon on the bottom right of every page - when we are online.
