Fitting
When sizing your pup for their Urban Pup harnesses, pay particular attention to the neck size, as this size is not adjustable in most Urban pup harnesses. If you need any assistance don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll help.
Delivery & Shipping+
Delivery Information
Orders received Monday to Thursday will ship the following working day. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday of the following week and orders placed over the weekend will ship on Tuesday of the following week. This is excluding any bank holidays festive periods where specific schedules updates will be made available here & on our social accounts.
