Hello. In case you've been a little confused with our recent website update we thought we'd put together a little blog post detailing what's changed and what you need to do, if anything. This post is specifically aimed at our customers that have been registered on our store before the recent update on October 07th 2016.
If you've already had an active account with us before the launch of our new website we have already sent you an email detailing what was coming and what you need to do to keep your account active. In case you didn't receive this mail we're going to run through the process in this blog post.
Our new website is now live! If you've registered on our old website, we've transferred your account into our new system. All you need to do is reset your password by following the steps below. If you haven't registered an account with us before, you can do so here. Please do get in touch with us if you have any problems setting your new password or logging into your account.
Step 1: Request a new password
You need to reset your password. Simply click the button below to go to the 'Reset Password' page if you haven't already done so via our email. Below is what the 'Reset Password' page will look like. Type in your address that you registered with on our old website and click the 'Reset Password' button.
Step 2: Set your new password
You will receive an email (within 10 minutes of Step 1) from us with a clickable link to setup your new password. Click the link and type in a new password of your choice, before re-entering and clicking 'Save'. Remember to keep your password safe and to use a mixture of characters to optimise security.
Step 3: You're done! You can login!
Once you've saved your new password, head on over to the 'Login' page. You can get to this by clicking the button below, or clicking 'Login' on the navigation menu at the very top of our website. Login using your email and new password. From there you'll see your new 'Customer Account Dashboard' which you're all setup on and ready to shop with! Just use the right-hand sub-menus to navigate across the site.
That's it! Do note that your previous orders will not be on our new website or your account. Unfortunately these are tied to our previous website. Your email, address and contact details should be all on your account page along with our new loyalty reward points 'Pennies'. You can find our more about our 'Pennies' system here.
